Exclusive mobile app
Allexo® offers its customers an exclusive mobile application, ALX Mobile, free of charge, which allows them to configure and monitor the operation of their line of Gateways, Dataloggers, and PLCs locally. The same application also allows our support team to remotely assist in configuring the equipment by sending commands to the equipment via the cloud through the customer's local application.
ALX mobile
The ALX mobile app was developed to allow users of Allexo® products from the Gateways, Dataloggers, and PLCs lines to program and monitor the equipment's operation locally, completely wirelessly, without the need for cables or converters, using their cell phone or tablet. Connect to the equipment using the product's QR Code or via WiFi network.
The Challenge
How can we assist customers in the field with configuring and using Allexo® products without the need for phone calls or lengthy WhatsApp conversations involving sending screenshots back and forth?
The solution
Allexo® has developed an exclusive remote support feature in its mobile application. With this tool, the user connects the application to the Allexo® cloud server, allowing our support team to send commands and receive data from the device connected to the application, while the user can monitor all operations being performed remotely in real time on their mobile device screen.

All Allexo products have a unique QR code identification that allows the ALX Mobile app to quickly connect to the device without the need for bureaucracy.
